Toosday...
Ugh....
Just woke up. I have to make a change real soon... a big change. I can't keep doing this stay-up-late, wake-up-late kind of lifestyle. I have to eat less junk, work out more often, and start being awake when the rest of the world is. Going to bed early is a bitch. But I better get in that habit.
Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with an advisor from the VC Tech department. I looked into some stuff yesterday abouthow the whole co-op thing works. Turns out that next fall I will probably take some regular courses, then next spring I will do my first co-op. Then maybe next summer I'll take some more courses up here at BG. And I'll keep alternating like that until I graduate. I'm going to be a very busy man, and it's going to take a lot of responsibilities. I have to rework my resume, write a cover letter, and perhaps make up a portfolio. With what, I don't know, but maybe I work with something over the summer... Like doing some mock commercials and such to show off my video editing skills.
I'm a little nervous about all this, but at the same time, I think if I read the co-op manual and talk to a lot of people in the faculty, I'll be okay. I'm really very excited about everything. It seems that my job won't be as irregular as I thought it might be, as I will be working 40 hours a week during each co-op semester, which means I might have enough money to afford my own apartment by time I'm done with next year so Beth and I can live up at BG until I'm done with college.
Of course, other than buying a ton of editing software and perhaps a video camera, I'm gonna need a car. Hope I can manage all that!!!
